Return & Exchange

Returns / Reimbursements:

To be eligible for returns or any type of reimbursements regarding damage/imperfection to an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product(s).  Returns are accepted only when damages/defects are reported to us upon delivery.  KDMHolic holds the right to inspect the condition of the damage/defect to approve return requests. The item must be in the NEW and UNUSED condition and be in the original packaging including all accessories and/or installation hardware. Any claims for damage/defects must be reported to us prior to installation. We do not accept parts that are used or installed.

Damage/defect claims reported to us after 14 days of receiving the product(s) may be approved for store credit only. KDMHolic holds the right to inspect the condition of the damage/defect to approve store credit request.

No return/refund request is accepted after 30 days of receiving the product(s).

If you wish to return an item for a reason other than receiving it with damages and/or defects, you will be responsible for return shipping cost in addition to a 25% restocking fee. Please note, restocking fee can be up to 30% in certain cases.

  • If your order was placed directly from kdmholic.com, please contact us at kdmholic.usa@gmail.com to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When emailing for an RMA number, please include the following information:
    1. Order Number
    2. Full name
    3. Shipping address
    4. Phone number
    5. Email address
    Please write the RMA number on the box for faster processing.

  • If your order was placed from one of our authorized dealers, please contact them to request a return.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving a return.  Once the return is inspected and approved, you will be notified of the refund amount.  Once approved, either full or partial refund will be issued back in the original form of payment.

A partial refund may be issued for any items returned not in its original condition, original packaging, and/or missing parts.

 

Cancellation Request:

A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount regardless of the reason for all cancellations.
