How to join

Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits.

Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

 

 

How to order

How to order:
Step 1: Browse or search for items you want.
Step 2: Add item(s) to cart by clicking on the [Add to cart] button. Once you are done shopping, you can review, remove, or modify option(s)/quantity of the item(s) on the cart page. Please check before you move on to the next step.
Step 3: Proceed to checkout. If you’re not a member yet, you can also checkout as a guest.
Step 4: Enter your billing and shipping information.
Step 5: Select your payment method and pay accordingly.
Step 6: You have successfully completed the order if you see a “Thank you” message and your order number on the screen.

Please consider that extra costs may be generated for some items due to varying custom-regulations.
This will be a once in a while case and will not happen frequently.
However, if such happening occurs, we will inform you immediately about the changing price and provide you with an option to cancel the order and issue you a full refund.


PRICE CHANGE POLICY:
KDMHolic reserves the right to increase or decrease website pricing at anytime (including shipment cost fees). 

Refunds will not be provided due to random price adjustments at any circumstances.

    Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order before the order is processed and shipped out.

     

    - Shipping costs:  All shipping costs are included in the listed prices on all of our products.

     

    - Customs and Duties
    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

     

    Please take into consideration that all of the products listed on www.KDMHolic.com are made in South Korea.  Once an order and payment is approved, all products are shipped directly from South Korea by FedEx, EMS, or Korea Post.

     

    All items that are relatively small in size and lightweight such as replacement emblems and decals will be shipped by either EMS or Korea Post.
    Other items that are bigger in size and weigh significantly more will be shipped via FedEx.

     

    All orders will normally be processed within 1-3 days after receiving payment.
    Deliveries will usually take 3~5 business days for FedEx or EMS and 7~10 business days via Korea Post.
    If any sort of delays occur on the shipping process, we will contact you via e-mail and/or phone number provided by you as soon as possible.

     

    As stated above, all of our products are shipped from South Korea and we understand that during the long transits, some products may be damaged.
    Please make sure to inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person.
    Do not sign any kind of delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected by both you and the courier.

     

    If an item(s) is damaged, write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the courier sign it as verification.
    Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier.
    Call or e-mail KDMHolic within 24 hours to file a claim request.
    Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

     

     

Returns & Exchanges

1. Requirements:

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but NOT exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

 

1) An item is eligible for CANCELLATION if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.

 

2) We accept RETURN(s) if:

-you receive a product different from your order; or

-you receive a defective product.

 

**Return Instructions

(1) Please contact our staff (either through e-mail or phone) within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item name, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unused.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company.  The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

 

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning items that have been painted
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

 

4) If there is a missing item from your order:

*Contact our customer service center by phone or by using our customer support page or e-mail (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.

 

2. Refund:

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.

Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

It is the customers responsibility to inspect cargo in the presence of the driver to check for any damage caused during shipment prior to acceptance/signing.  If the goods are found to be damaged the customer must have the drive notate on the bill the product arrived damaged and the delivery refused.
If the cargo is signed for/accepted by the customer prior to inspection this releases the freight company from any and all liability as it declares to both the freight company and seller the goods arrived in acceptable/satisfactory condition with no damage.

 

To return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product.

Please let us know which particular item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
You will receive an e-mail with an RMA form attached.
Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing.

 

 

Refunds

REFUNDS & CREDITS:


After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order.  The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges.  You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit.


Please allow an additional 5~7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.


KDMHOLIC will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions.


KDMHOLIC will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during opening, preparing, moving, installation or any other use of a product.

 

 

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

 

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

 

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
